Process Units

Smart design begins with describing the process, defining technical specification and presenting system options. Careful selection of suitable components makes sure, that safety regulations, hygiene requirements and system performance are guaranteed. Our engineers then provide you with 3D visualization of the complete unit showing dimensions, layout and integration into the existing process. It also serves as an illustrative tool for easy communication and any issues can be clarified at an early project stage.

Our modern production and assembly facilities are based in the Czech Republic, where engineering has a long history and tradition. Skilled workforce and continuous quality control ensure that the designed solution becomes reliable equipment.

We invite all our customers to take part at a Factory Acceptance Test, confirming that the unit qualifies with agreed specifications. Additionally the participants get a hands-on training and become familiar with the system setup and operation.

During installation and commissioning the project becomes a turnkey solution. Our experienced field engineers test all functions, optimize the system performance and train the staff for straightforward operation and maintenance of the equipment.

Machinery Equipment, Components and Analyzers

As a partner of selected manufacturers we offer wide range of reliable and sophisticated process Machinery Equipment (reactors, centrifuges, evaporators, industrial heaters and coolers, dryers, homogenizers, filter dryers and agitators)and Components (heat exchangers, columns, storage vessels, static mixers, pumps, valves, and Analyzer) both from different materials like stainless steel, tantalum, Hastelloy, PTFE/PFA, enamel, borosilicate glass and SiC. Optical Analyzers (color and turbidity), concentration of O₂, N₂, CO₂ and H₂, oil in and on water, particle counters and TOC.

Engineering and Automation

We provide consulting, feasibility studies, basic, detail engineering, technical and technological audits. We are familiar with the Computer System Validation (CSV) and project implementation according to GMP and FDA compliance. We deliver automation solutions based on PLC/SCADA and DCS. We manufacture PCC, MCC and pneumatic cabinets. Effective project management ensures the project runs on time and within the budget, meets all service level commitments, keeps the team motivated and focused on high quality products and successful delivery.
