Bucher Denwel is at its sole discretion authorized to provide to third parties an license to make copies, using and making available to others the results of any engineering and project activity or any part thereof, as well as any lists, documents, sketches, designs, programs and data created or provided by Bucher Denwel, which, according to legal regulations, represent copyright works, including the right to modify such copyright works for the purpose of constructing, operating, using, maintaining, modifying, repairing the whole or its individual parts. This license will remain in force throughout the life of the relevant parts or the whole and will entitle any person who will be the rightful owner or user of the particular part or entity to make copies and use such copyright works for the purpose of completing, operating, using, maintaining, adjustments and repairs of the whole or its individual parts. Any license or copyright work made available to other persons who are not the rightful owner or user of the particular part or entity to complete, operate, use, maintain, change, modify, repair the whole or its individual parts shall be subject to the prior written consent of Bucher Denwel, who is not obliged to award it.
